Job Description

Are you an energetic person who loves homes and is always talking about the latest trends in design, layout and color schemes? Do your friends often say you should be in real estate, but you’ve never loved the prospect of marketing and attracting leads? If you have experience in new home construction, we’re looking for a dedicated New Construction Agent. The best thing about this position is that you don’t have to worry about sales and marketing. Kris Lindahl Real Estate will have model homes throughout the Twin Cities metro. Your job: Be in those homes, and be ready to greet and connect with visitors.

Do you need to have real estate experience? No. Do you need to know a lot about new construction? Yes. From blueprints and selections to walking people through the process of building a home from beginning to end, you’ll need to know every part of this unique transaction. You’ll be sitting in model homes 4+ days a week, but don’t worry about no one showing up. Our marketing machine is generating tons of opportunities that will bring a steady stream of traffic to your door. You just need to connect with those leads, take them by the hand and make them feel comfortable and excited about their future home.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous new construction experience
  • Willingness to work from model homes 4+ days a week
  • A positive "people-person" who brings out the best in others
  • An understanding of the value of a big brand and the curiosity to learn as much as possible about the fast-changing real estate industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
